Cancellation by Client: All cancellations must be made in writing and either sent to our postal address or by e-mail and will result in the deposit being retained. If you cancel your activity within 2 weeks of the activity taking place, we will retain 100% of the payment.

Cancellation by Anglesey Adventures Ltd: Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that the course/ activities actually run, we reserve the right to cancel if viable numbers are not reached or due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. If we cannot offer an alternative date, a full refund will be given. 

Change of Venue: Due to weather conditions, we may need to change to a different venue in order to provide you with an enjoyable experience. Please ensure that the phone and e-mail details are correct on the booking form and that you can be contacted on these numbers. 

Timings:  You will be given a specific meeting time and location to meet your instructor, it is the customers' responsibility to ensure they check travel time to the venue and arrive on time, whilst we allow for a reasonble amount of time for customers arriving late, anything beyond reasonable may result in you not being able to take part in which case we will retain 100% of the payment.

Personal Belongings: Anglesey Adventures cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings, equipment or your vehicle while you attend a course. When on the water please avoid taking valuables e.g. jewellery, watches, glasses, non-waterproof cameras. 

Safety Participation: Participation in adventurous activities entails some risk of injury. We take all reasonable steps to provide you with the level of care and assurances and safety appropriate to the activity. We expect participants to contribute to their own and each other’s safety by following the instructions given by staff. 

Photographs: Photographs may be taken during your course and Anglesey Adventures Ltd reserve the right to utilise images for promotional purposes, contact us by e-mail if you do not want photographs to be taken during your activity and/or if you do not want them to be used for promotional purposes. 

Data Protection: We will not sell or give out your personal details or e-mail address to any others without your permission. This information will be held on our own database and we may use these details to send you selected information of other courses and events. Insurance: You are advised to take out your own personal insurance against personal loss, injury or having to cancel your activity/course.
