Jump into a world of real adventure and choose a unique, exciting, diverse and unforgettable experience for your hen do! Our adventure activities are guaranteed to make your heart race and your group will experience an adrenaline filled, fun and fantastic ride.
Anglesey Adventures can create a bespoke Hen Do experience, tailored to suit you and your group on land, sea or both. From half-day experiences to multiday packages, our outdoor adventures can be catered to all abilities and preferences. We have put together some examples below, but if you don’t see what you’re looking for, get in touch and we’ll see if we can make your idea a reality.
Whether you want to battle up mountain streams and waterfalls, or see the coastline from a new perspective as you explore remote coves and crags, clamber along barnacled ledges, plunge into swirling surf, abseil down cliff faces, and scramble through coastal caves, we have the resources and experience to give you an unforgettable time.
We can assist with accommodation and also recommend our favourite places to eat and drink on the beautiful Island of Anglesey, we only ask that for the safety of everyone in the group; you arrive at the activity in a sober state, as we are unable to take out anyone we consider to be a danger to themselves or the group.
All activities are weather dependant, though we always endeavour to meet expectations and have other locations around the island for sea-based activities, in cases where the sea state and winds are too strong.
In most cases the morning and afternoon sessions can be swapped.

Why Anglesey?
Not only is the trend for overseas stag and hen dos expensive, it’s also having a serious impact on the environment.
New research commissioned by environmental charity Hubbub reveals that just under half (49%) of all flights taken by men aged 20-45 in 2019 were for stag dos. Just over a third (35%) of flights taken by women in the same age group were for hen dos.
By making a switch to a UK location, you could have a huge positive impact on the environment. By choosing Anglesey over Alicante, a group of 10 hen or stag do travellers from Manchester could reduce their carbon emissions by a staggering 98%! According to the research, swapping Las Vegas for Manchester is the equivalent of going vegan for 1.5 years.
Not to mention the costs involved, Censuswide, interviewed more than 2,000 20-45-year-olds across the UK and found that 58% feel that hen and stag dos abroad are too long, expensive or involve too much travel. A third (33%) feel resentful towards the bride, groom or trip organiser about the amount of money they’ve had to spend on a hen or stag do.
Over four trips, one regular stag-goer could save £640 over the course of a year by choosing UK destinations and not flying.
'When Hubbub asked about their ideal hen or stag do people told them it would involve a short journey, one or two nights away, a good choice of nightlife and access to adventure activities and spas'.
